We allow customers to pay using a third party vendors like Easy Paisa, Jazzcash Mobile Wallets. Dorsal is consistently adding new mobile wallets and banks to its platform.

Dorsal Technologies offer secure gateway for E-Commerce and Online payments through secure checkout using your Easypaisa or Jazzcash mobile wallets.

Dorsal Technologies payment gateway offers secure checkout, excellent customer support through an easy integrable solution. Dorsal Technologies uses industry standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. You can currently make payments through your mobile wallet account from either Jazzcash or Easypaisa.

After receiving your query, our representative will contact you to walk you through the process and answer any question you might have regarding our services. Please also read section “Terms and Conditions”.

Merchant payments are made within 7 working days directly to your registered account. Any disputed items may be temporarily blocked and may take time to resolve. However, all other amounts are transferred to your account within 7 working days.

You can pay through your mobile wallet by entering your mobile wallet number and email ID. Transaction will be verified through your registered mobile number before being processed.

You can raise a chargeback request, if good were not delivered or returned by contacting relevant platform or by emailing us on [email protected] or calling us on 042 ___________.

Transaction status is notified on the platform that you used your mobile wallet on. You may also receive an email or SMS notification on your registered details from the respective E-commerce platform.

You have to register yourself with Dorsal Technologies to get API’s which you can incorporate in your Website/Portal.

Dorsal Technologies uses latest encryption methods and SSL to securely manage your data and transaction.

For payment collections it is flat 2.5%, no annul or signup fee.

Refunds are processed as follows:
1) Initiation: The merchant initiates a refund through escalation to mobile wallet provider.
2) Processing Time: Wallets: 3–7 business days
3)Fees: In most cases, there is no or negligible refund processing fee.

Dorsal uses APIs’ to integrate with your website or mobile wallet so you can securely make your payments.

Dorsal charges 2.5% flat fee per transaction and this does not include debit or credit cards.

Dorsal team will send you periodic/weekly reports so you can reconcile it with your records. Any differences are promptly investigated.
