Therefore, we are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of goods or services provided by merchants using our platform. By using our services, merchants and customers agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Scope of Responsibility As a payment gateway, we: Process payments securely on behalf of merchants. Transmit refund requests from merchants to issuing payment processors. Do not handle disputes regarding product/service quality or merchant behavior. Customers seeking returns or refunds must first contact the merchant directly.

Issuing refunds to customers in accordance with their published policy. Responding to refund requests or chargebacks in a timely manner. Failure to comply with refund obligations may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of payment gateway access.

4. Refund Process Refunds are processed as follows: Initiation: The merchant initiates a refund through escalation to mobile wallet provider. Processing Time: Wallets: 3–7 business days Fees: In most cases, there is no or negligible refund processing fee.

Provide the merchant an opportunity to submit evidence within a defined response window (typically 7–10 business days). Relay the evidence to the payment network for a final decision. We do not guarantee outcomes of disputes and are not liable for losses resulting from chargebacks.
